Management and Evaluation

The Management and Evaluation unit manages the business operations of the OIG and reviews LSC policies and operations to improve program effectiveness. We oversee a diverse portfolio of functions including:

Management:
  • Strategic and annual planning;
  • Budget formulation, fiscal and acquisitions management;
  • Development of OIG policies and review and comment on LSC policies;
  • Human capital management;
  • Information technology and information management; and
  • Administration.
Evaluation:
  • Data analytics;
  • Risk assessments; and
  • Inspections and other reviews.
